Armed with 2010 MasterChef finalist and local foodie Callum Hann, the Adelaide Produce Market and a regiment of local greengrocers and fresh produce managers, Burst of Freshness is a brand new fun, interactive and exciting consumer awareness campaign to encourage people to incorporate more fresh fruit and vegetables into their daily diet.
Each fortnight Burst of Freshness will be presenting recipes on television that are quick, easy and surprisingly healthy for you. These recipes will change each fortnight to reflect changing seasons and to encourage consumers to try making something different at home, including soups, salads,
curries and even healthy desserts. A recipe for every occasion will be provided and recipe cards are available in selected greengrocers, IGA Fresh and Foodland supermarkets.
However television commercials is only the start….Burst of Freshness
will also be providing in-store competitions, workplace visits from SAFM personalities, Crunch Bunch mascot appearances and so much more to drive the message of healthy eating. After all, easy healthy recipes start with a burst of freshness!
